Anticipating the Summer Edition

Finishing the summer edition of the journal. End of August. Plenty of good material. Interest is growing. Takes time, yes. Anyway, working on a story of the Richmond trial of Thomas Cluveruius, accused and executed for the murder of his very pregnant cousin Fannie Madison. In the research came across a video prepared by the Virginia Museum of History and Culture on the case. The producton values are terrible. However, found a podcast which is quite good. As I can't figure out how to paste an audio track into the journal, I'll share it. Cluverious was a young man, probably innocent. He was the last to be executed in Virginia by hanging. It was a botched execution and he suffered terribly. The journal story is based on Cluyverius' book which I have not found as a resource in other writings, which are numerous.
